The printer has not been usable for over two weeks and management has done nothing to organize a new printer. It seems as if Regus stands for antiquarian hardware - in this case the ancient ham of a printer. The lady at the reception should get 10 stars for the service and treatment of customers. The office space costs a lot and this is not representative of the poor technical service. Dear IT or management, take heart and act. We live in the 21st century and it's not even possible to print via USB. Unbelievable and embarrassing.

Five stars for the ladies at reception. But... preferably ZERO for IT. The IT service is the bottom drawer. The landline telephones have been having problems for weeks. Nothing has happened yet except that we should constantly provide new information about the errors. We have been having problems with the VPN line for days. A ticket has been open with IT for several days. Even a ticket that is more than 24 hours old and asks for a call back has not yet been processed or a call back has been made. If you need a little more IT technology than your own laptop and cell phone, you should avoid Regus! The current incident only adds to the recent problems. Problems with IT technology can always arise, it's just how you deal with them that's important. The internet connection was gone for almost a week and no one noticed that a router was defective. Technicians have to travel from Holland for the smallest problems. This means that an adequate response time is already gone.
