The Niners didn't do themselves any favors with their public team presentation, and it's not good publicity for "die Fabrik" either. The café and bar were closed, and all co-working spaces were shut down. The courtyard was unfortunately far too small for all the guests. My daughter wanted to shoot a few hoops on the open court, but unfortunately, there were no basketballs available and there was nothing else for the kids to do. Unfortunately, that's not the way to excite young fans, and "die Fabrik" is somewhat more elitist. The building is very nice, though. The Nomad Bakery is definitely recommended as well.

Clean. Buffet breakfast. Bar was closed whenever I was there. Room small but adequate. No kettle in room.

Great store! Very cool implementation of a co-working concept in an industrial property whose beauty has been revealed. The crowning glory: the bar on the roof and the basketball court - awesome!
