Regus Berlin Quartier Potsdamer Platz: Biura w Berlinie

made online booking for virtual office, looks like i need a new job to cover their costs, cannot cancel, not even 1 week i have 3 invoices already no idea what even they are for. Even though it was a wrong booking, they said no you are going to pay, but this actually does not stated in the product you are booking tho. When you first book they say someone from the team will contact, na-ah just the invoice mails more and more, every day im waking up to a new invoice, not exaggerating, no. The worst ever company i have ever witness. If there were 0, I would have given this. Nobody even tried to call me to try to help and understand my situation, just a mail oh you bought this and your are gonna pay. Thats it, well done, regus; gonna write this anywhere I can, LITERRALLY!

Unprofessional and dishonest with shady terms and contracts. After I received the first bills and “welcome” email and learned about their horrible terms and service, I immediately canceled the contract (3 days after I signed). Nevertheless they have been billing me left and right: post fees which I never agreed to nor have I ever received any post from them, incorrect open balance, etc. Their responses to my queries were always apathetic, rude and irrelevant. Stay away from Regus at all costs!!!

Never have I Met a rude Person as the women receptionist, I come every year since 3 years and every time she’s  shockingly rude. I said my greeting and asked if I need to give something up at the reception before heading to my appointment her replay with out greeting back is ( didn’t you read the sign ). Hard to believe she still has her position after all these negative reviews.. as a receptionist my self knowing I have to deal with people priority is to be nice and understanding unfortunately these qualities doesn’t match her not on professional level nor personal …

Most unfriendly person you can meet in your life ! She is at the reception ! Come and meet her ! I edit after automation stupid answer Useless answer!

Very rude customer service and sometime absolute inflexibility when it comes to handling certain administrative issues. We moved out today and we definitely won’t do any future business with Regus and in fact I wish I read the reviews before I sign up for their service at the Potsdamer Platz office a year ago.
