Flexible coworking generally starts around €99 per month plus VAT and a fixed Private Desk around €249 per month plus VAT; a Virtual Office address starts near €69 per month plus VAT with a one-off setup fee. Rates are set per location, and paying twelve months in advance takes 10% off across the membership products. Meeting rooms are billed hourly, typically from about €35 per hour for a small room to €60 per hour for a seminar-sized one, with a 15% member discount.
