We booked the virtual office at GESOWORX Pankow to receive our business mail. Mail is received via a mailbox in the hallway of the residential building, next to which hangs a directory of all virtual office users. The GESOWORX team then distributes the incoming mail to the respective mailboxes once a week. Unfortunately, we had problems receiving mail from the very beginning. The very first letter was returned as undeliverable. Despite confirmation from the GESOWORX team that our company name was correctly listed in the directory, we repeatedly received returns marked "undeliverable." The friendly staff on site blamed the postal service entirely. The postal service, in turn, told me that the mail carriers might not be reading the user directory next to the mailbox carefully enough. Mail reception now works perfectly in our new virtual office. Reliable mail reception is our top priority for a virtual office, which is why we unfortunately cannot recommend the virtual office at GESOWORX Pankow.
