Repeating issue with payments. I’ve paid the invoice 06.01 (the confirmation provided) and still have this invoice unpaid in the Account Central. Also agrecceve reminders “Failure to do so could result in the suspension of your membership, which will unfortunately impact access for members on the account. Note, a wire payment will be required to activate a suspended account.” I advise against collaboration with WeWork

The worst coworking space from the Warsaw Wework network👎 Why?? 👉 Because there are no free places to eat at lunchtime, and no one is monitoring it! The tables are all occupied by working people, those who sit down to eat must huddle somewhere in the corner, or have lunch outside the office 😳 Small meeting rooms are occupied on a permanent basis, although there are time restrictions. And what's the problem? 👉 The administration has no control over this.

Absolutely dreadful! The wEworK office is a complete nightmare. The common space is cramped, noisy, and stuffy, and the coffee is grim. It’s styled in some so-called ‘industrial’ design, but it just looks like a warehouse. ‘wework’ offices are always bad for ergonomics, but this one is proper shocking!

This is one of the smaller WeWorks that I've ever seen. After seeing how busy it was and that it was really cramped and lacked any seating, I asked to change to an all access (and to pay the difference) so I could go to other and they denied it. This makes the membership completely worthless and I have to eat the cost now and just work from home. Not worth the trouble to pay for this membership. Just go somewhere else.

Friday 13.09.2024 Worst experience ever. On support phone line I clarified if they have printer and can provide me print service if I will work for 1-2 days. Support on the call confirmed it is possible. I explained that the whole sense to rent the place is to print few documents. Support confirmed once again and even mentioned price - less then 1 PLN to print 1 page. When I arrived - on reception they said - there is no printing services (for the hot table and tried to force me to buy monthly subscription). So they will not print for me. After some discussion they "kindly" agreed to print my docs from their account but I need to collect everything and send in 1(!!!) email. She refused question - what if I will need to print smth else? She said - I will not print other email. Then receptionist bring me the paper that she is leaving in 16:00, which is not what I expected. My expectation was I would able to prepare my documents up to 17:00, to print before 17:30, because 17:30 is essentially is an end of the work day in this office. Summary: Client-oriented service on site: -10 from 10 Phone support: 0 from 10 Embarrassment: 10 from 10 I would never recommend this chain. I would also ensure that no-one from my employees will never pay money to this business.
