For coworking & Start-ups. There are different spaces, the café which is open for public and the different coworking spaces… silent ones, other ones where it’s allowed to talk and call. There are second screens you can use for free. They do a lot of stuff for the community: free mentoring, events, Slack channel… giving some benefits. As they are a non-profit the prices are very cheap & fair. There is basically no competition regarding the price point.

Definitely an interesting co-working space with a lot of potential, but with some issues. Below the list of pros and cons. + The management team seems to be quite friendly. + The price is fair. + The café is spacious. + The building, rooms (loft vibe) and the surroundings are interesting. * Gets really full during the day, sometimes it's impossible to find a place in a silent space. * Kitchen is mostly unusable because it's occupied by co-workers working with their laptops (so no place to eat). * Weak enforcement of rules: e.g. people taking reserved phone booths or e.g. certain co-workers monopolizing the place by leaving their stuff on the table when leaving the co-working. * Instability: Wi-Fi connection gets lost at times, things get broken semi-regularly. * Noise. Every now and then there is construction or other noise in the building that could be heard even in a silent space. Also, the silent space is not really silent, because e.g. there is an older guy who coughs every 5 to 10 minutes while being in a silent space which gets very annoying if you're working and trying to concentrate - sick people should stay home and recover instead of going sick to the co-working (common sense). Or, at least if they know that they produce noise, do that in a communication space. Generally, a nice place. If the co-working did not get that full during the mid-day (if it was possible to find a place) and if noise-free environment would be guaranteed, it would have been 5 out of 5 and I would be ready to even pay premium for that, but unfortunately at the moment a lot of things require improvement.

Worst shared office experience I had so far: the office, that costs 600€ for 1 day, is on the last floor of this industrial building. To get there you have to cross some working sites but that is not the main issue: the main issue is the noise! I can't focus, I can't talk with my colleagues because the air conditioning unit is an indoor model unfit for such a room that is literally hanging from the ceiling from chains and it makes some really loud noises. You can't have video calls with it on and you can't turn it off because it's the last floor and, even with that on, there are at least 26°C in the room. Also no elevator to get to the last floor. Really the worst experience, I can't believe it costs 600€ for 1 day for 12 ppl. I would rather be in a Starbucks.

Very cool place with lots of desks arranged in both quiet and non-quiet areas. Nice cafe on the ground floor, where you can get breakfast, snacks, sandwiches and a warm dish of the day (very tasty and good portions!). The WI-FI works well and the surrounding area is quite lively during the summer months.

The buildings and the rooms were like a puzzle. But the coworking space is perfect for any startup. Best to go place for any startup in Munich.
