Spaces - Barcelona: Workspace Creativo en la Torre Mapfre

Our experience has been deeply disappointing, especially considering the high monthly cost of the offices. For months we suffered from cleaning problems, dead flies throughout the office, maintenance issues, electrical problems with the doors, and other issues that were reported repeatedly without any effective solutions being offered within a reasonable timeframe. Most surprisingly, when we finally escalated our complaints, most of the explanations we received focused on blaming the previous manager. As customers, we consider it entirely inappropriate to be involved in internal management conflicts or to receive explanations based on employee responsibilities. We contracted a service with a company, not a specific individual, and we shouldn't have to suffer the consequences of internal organizational problems or hear criticisms of absent employees used to justify service deficiencies. Despite all the accumulated problems, when we requested early termination of the contract, it was rejected without any compensation or reasonable solution being offered. Furthermore, there are additional costs that are difficult to understand. After paying a very high fee for an office, we discovered that to install certain basic services, such as a Wi-Fi-connected printer (since the office doesn't have a network connection either), it's necessary to contract and pay for an additional internet connection, which further increases the actual cost of the space. The overall impression is of a company that is inflexible, with little customer focus, and more concerned with fulfilling the contract than with resolving the problems that led the client to want to leave. We do not recommend this center and will not use their services again.

Spaces is one of the best places to work and meet people on a professional level. Additionally, the professionals who manage Spaces at Mapfre Tower set an excellent example of professionalism, manners, and integrity. They extend their availability and offer assistance from the very beginning. The managers of Spaces go above and beyond to ensure their clients are well taken care of. I couldn’t imagine a better professional space to work in. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, very happy. We had a minor issue and it was resolved without any problems. The place is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

If you need silence , it is not about this place. If you have basic subscription you will be disturbed by another people.
