I just have to say thank you and amazing! The meeting rooms, offices, etc. are large and clean, and we were warmly welcomed from the start. A special mention goes to Hassna, the receptionist, a lovely woman with a big heart 🩷

Absolutely avoid this place!!!!! Let me explain my situation; hopefully, a manager will show some respect for their clients. To begin with, I had a meeting with a major investor and lost a contract worth several thousand euros. The investor replied, "I'm sorry, but how can I do business with someone whose door is practically on the ground and whose walls are in such a state?" So, back to the main problem. First of all, before signing the contract, the person who was supposed to show me the offices never showed up for the meeting, nor did they even apologize for their absence. The receptionist, a charming woman, showed me the offices out of a desire to be helpful, but it clearly wasn't her job. A property inspection was never carried out. The person in charge of the contract clearly pressured me, telling me on the phone, "If you don't pay by this date, you'll lose the office." Caught off guard, I signed this contract electronically without any explanation, including added VAT, and I paid a month's rent in advance, all without realizing it. I rented your offices and invested a significant amount of money for the brand image and prestige. All I received was a lack of respect and recognition. I am truly disappointed by the way I was treated from the outset. Despite these problems, I tried to inform the person in charge of my file as well as the receptionists, but nothing was done. I subsequently sent emails and called numerous times, without success. Today is February, and for the past two months, I have been trying to get a door that stays open, a wall that isn't damaged, clean walls, and a carpet without paint splatters. All of this demonstrates that, unfortunately, the location and prestige aren't everything. It's disheartening. It takes a lot for me to leave a comment for the world to see, but the goal is to finally have someone competent so that we can find an amicable solution because I have lost a lot of energy and money investing with you.

I had been a customer of theirs for several years, using nothing more than a post office box and a registered business address. I decided to leave them due to their skyrocketing prices, which had become exorbitant, but especially because of the ridiculous additional charges they started adding to the contract without any prior agreement. There was a mail forwarding surcharge, and a surcharge for registering the company's registered office (yes, for a business address service, that's quite something, isn't it?). Customer service is provided by a bunch of rude, illiterate little brats who act like they're in the middle of nowhere when they talk to customers. Their argument about the surcharges is that even if it's not mentioned in the contract, it's in the internal regulations, which they change as they please without any prior agreement. Fine. They'll have to explain themselves in front of a judge if they want to get paid. I am very calm and delighted to have transferred my holding company's headquarters to I DOM You. It's literally ten times cheaper and much more modern, with mail being scanned free of charge as it arrives. Goodbye Regus.
