I decided to rent an office at REGUS on Moosacher Straße for a month. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a number of issues that I would like to share with potential customers. After the first month, my rent was unexpectedly debited for a second month, even though I hadn't intended this. Attempts to clarify this matter with the sales manager, who was originally very keen to sell and who had only made the agreement with us to rent for 1 month, were unsuccessful because he was suddenly unavailable (there was no response to callback requests). Only after several attempts to contact central customer service did I receive a call back. To my disappointment, I was told that they couldn't remember the original agreement and directed me to read the Terms and Conditions. Based on my experience, I advise others to be very careful when considering renting an office from REGUS. It is crucial to put all agreements with the sales manager in writing, as my experience shows that promises and verbal commitments are not kept. It appears that customers could be lured into a contractual trap, making for a disappointing experience. I will no longer consider REGUS as an office option in the future. -- Short update -- Regus responds automatically that they want to take care of the case, but an answer as promised here never came.

I can only recommend this center. The center management, Ms. Majoros, is very competent and service-oriented! With the service increases and a company lacks. Everything is fine here!
