Regus - Karlsruhe: Modern Workspace in Park Arkaden

Top, top, top!!! For a business meeting (hybrid meeting) I needed a quiet conference room for 2 people with WiFi access. I made the booking easily online the evening before. Today I was there for the first (but not the last) time. The transport connections are great (B 10). There is a parking garage directly in the building and individual shops around it. The reception at Regus was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and absolutely service-oriented. The room was quiet and had all the technical equipment needed. WiFi worked perfectly. Drinks can be booked. The cappuccino was delicious. For me the price-performance ratio was reasonable in relation to the time booked. I can fully recommend this place👍.

Suggestion for improvement: I would have felt safer when booking if the booking website also existed in German

Very, very bad, poor advice, and I booked an office that I subsequently canceled. I had to pay €2,600 for it, including a deposit (the deposit could have been withdrawn after the cancellation). I paid €1,200 for an office I never used. No responsiveness, so read more carefully next time! Simply incompetent. The colleagues from other locations were very friendly and explained everything to me in detail afterward, but it was too late.

Overall a good place for office. But please get better internet...it's horrible to do a proper video call with screensharing

I rented a day office and received an extremely warm welcome. I was offered a coffee and given a quick tour of the premises. My meeting went uninterrupted and I had no problems with the internet connection or other technical details. The entire process went smoothly and I was very happy with the service provided.
