Very disappointing experience with Regus Amsterdam. Our main issues have been wrong invoicing, lack of accountability, and the absence of any clearly responsible person who can actually resolve problems. When an issue is raised, it is often passed from one person to another, with no proper ownership and no clear solution. We have experienced invoices that do not appear to match the agreed services or actual situation, yet getting them corrected has been unnecessarily difficult. Instead of receiving clear explanations and timely corrections, the process becomes slow, confusing, and frustrating. For a serviced office provider, basic administrative accuracy should not be optional. Clients should not have to spend excessive time chasing corrections, repeating the same issue to different people, or trying to identify who is responsible. Overall, our experience with Regus Amsterdam has been very poor. The lack of proper client account management, weak communication, and incorrect invoicing have created unnecessary stress and a serious loss of trust. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Regus Amsterdam to businesses looking for reliable support, transparent billing, or accountable service.
