That's a really nice coworking space. Next to the autobahn and the airport so the access is awesome - you don't need to go to the Berlin's center and you can avoid possible traffic. Everything is new inside and atmosphere is really great. A small drawback can be that there are not so many things next in this area yet (some food -> restaurants, groceries), but new buildings are being created so maybe it will change. Also another downside is that everything is new and a little luxury, but the desks and especially the chairs are not customizable which can be not so comfortable for a long day of working.
