Private Office space is amazing - plenty of room for collaboration and meetings. 24/hr access is essential for us being a start up! Staff are amazing, always clean and tidy, reasonable rates. No faults.

Booked last minute as I needed somewhere to work for a few hours while waiting to collect my mum from nearby hospital. Great location to work from, even for a few hours to days or weeks. Has private offices, meeting rooms to just solo hot desks which is what I used. Also a cafe and kitchen for you to use. Parking was also available. Will definitely be using it again and recommend it to anyone needing some temporary office space to work from. Staff were all great and very helpful. :-)

Clockwise Leith is a fantastic facility which offers a range of office solutions for businesses of all sizes. My company have been tenants at Clockwise since October 2022, inhabiting two different office spaces since joining to adapt to our business needs. Aside from the offices, there are also lots of break out areas you can go to take MS Teams meetings or private calls which I've found particularly useful. I have been continually impressed with my interactions with the management team (Steven and Sandra) who are super friendly, efficient and accommodating. The Community Coordinator (Katie) and staff at reception are also a pleasure to work with, and go above and beyond to support our business requirements. The offices are well maintained, with common areas being kept clean and tidy. Having free coffee, milk and fruit available to staff is also a nice perk. The onsite coffee shop has some of the best coffee I've had since living in Australia, with lovely friendly staff too. Having a serviced office takes away the administrative burden of dealing with council rates, having to man a reception etc. as this is all provided as part of our rental agreement. The other plus to being a Clockwise member is the member perks, such as events, coffee networking events and other social activities e.g. monthly quiz. I loved getting a free massage as part of world mental health day celebrations last week! The location is easily accessible, and visitors to our premises always comment on how cool the building is (an old whisky bond). I would happily recommend Clockwise to anyone thinking of renting office space in Leith, you won't be disappointed!
