1. Las luces se apagaban continuamente cuando estaba trabajando en otra área (intentando cargar mi portátil debido al punto #1 de la lista anterior).

Adoro este lugar, he estado trabajando aquí durante 2 años, es como mi segundo hogar 🙂

I would like to share my experience at Beehive in Düsseldorf. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and customer-unfriendly behavior of the staff, especially the store manager. The manager even became personal, which is not how one should treat customers and guests.

The rooms were not ventilated and lacked air conditioning. The air inside the rooms was extremely stuffy, and instead of offering us a proper solution, we were directed to ridiculous laminated notes that were sporadically scattered around the space. This was completely inadequate.

Además, hubo obras de construcción en curso en el Space durante mi visita, lo que hizo imposible llevar a cabo mi trabajo de manera efectiva. Hacer llamadas telefónicas y tener conversaciones serias era inconcebible. Es decepcionante que esta información no se comunicara en el sitio web antes de la reserva.

I strongly advise against booking a room or slot at Beehive if you are looking for a reliable and professional co-working space. Although the concept itself seems promising, the execution is catastrophic, and the management is poor. Furthermore, the manager's behavior was highly unprofessional.

Nice co-working office with an open area and also smaller meeting rooms and phone booths. Some small improvements could be done, but otherwise a great choice.

Pasé un día en este Office Space:

Ventajas:

• Space: Nuevo con habitaciones y muebles hermosos y acogedores.
• Ubicación: Muy céntrico, a poca distancia de HBF. Muchos restaurantes y supermercados alrededor.
• Price: Pricing seems good and affordable to me. Daily passes possible from 11 Euros.
• Abierto las 24 horas, sin recepción, puede entrar libremente al Space en cualquier momento.

Contra / sugerencias de mejora:

• No Guests policy: If you want to meet with someone external to the coworking space you can only do so by buying the person a daily pass (11 Euro) or booking a room (94 Euro). I have never experienced such a policy in any other co-working space neither in Germany nor elsewhere. Business is done between people and I don't want to book a meeting room for 4 hours for e.g. an informal quick business chat over a coffee. Also I did not find the way I was informed about it professional at all, being interrupted during a short 20 min. meeting I was having, as I had never been informed about such a non-standard policy beforehand.

• Olor: El Space es nuevo, por lo que los materiales desprenden mucho plástico u otras sustancias, por lo que el olor no es muy agradable. El Space necesitaría un poco de aire fresco del exterior durante un par de meses para mejorar.

• Heat: There were 26 degrees yesterday and it already was quite hot inside. I have heard it was even hotter in the summer. Air conditioning should be improved.

​

• Wifi outages: I was there 10 hours and 2 wifi outages took place (but where automatically fixed within 4-5 minutes)

​

• Printer does not work: The printer was not discoverable and did not work.

​

Me gustaría mucho usar este Workspace de forma regular y me encantaría que se implementaran estas sugerencias de mejora.
