Bewertungen im Überblick
Across 26 detailed Google reviews, members describe a well-appointed coworking space in the 8th arrondissement, steps from the Saint-Lazare rail hub and well placed for anyone commuting across the city. The space itself draws consistent praise for its light and variety. Members point to "an insanely beautiful rooftop" as a genuine highlight, and the range of seating arrangements — different zones, a wide selection of chairs and tables — means most working styles are accommodated. Cleanliness is noted approvingly, the equipment is described as reliable with plenty of power outlets, and phone booths allow calls without disturbing neighbours. A complimentary barista service adding coffee and hot chocolate to the day is a detail members mention with evident warmth, and the overall atmosphere is described as calm and conducive to focused work. The location near Saint-Lazare is called "incredibly convenient," and the spatial design earns genuine admiration from the majority of reviewers. Several recurring gaps temper that picture, however. Staff and reception experience is the most-mentioned aspect overall, and negative accounts outweigh positive ones — members report inconsistent helpfulness at the front desk. Access cards are flagged as unreliable, with some members finding they work only intermittently. Noise and focus draw mixed signals, with a handful noting disruptions. A few reviewers also mention uncontrolled dogs in the coworking area as an unexpected distraction, and at least one member raises concern about transparency during the sign-up process regarding commitment terms.

For my first experience at WeWork, I was thrilled! The receptionist was very friendly and took care of my pass quickly. The location, just steps from the Saint-Lazare train station, is incredibly convenient. The workspace is fantastic: there are different atmospheres, a wide selection of chairs and tables, and power outlets everywhere. The best part: a superb view of Paris and a very pleasant rooftop terrace for working when the weather is nice. It's worth noting that my visit was in August, so the team was understandably smaller, but that didn't detract from the experience at all.

Yesterday around 5:30 p.m., I witnessed an exchange with the receptionist seated on the left, who had long, straight hair and was wearing a headband. I want to clarify that the reservation check was perfectly legitimate, and the situation was resolved immediately. This isn't my first visit to this establishment, but it's the first time I've experienced such an unpleasant reception. What bothered me wasn't the adherence to the rules, but the tone used and the attitude adopted during the exchange, which gave me the impression of a very suspicious and unwelcoming approach even before the situation was clarified. It's perfectly possible to enforce the rules while remaining professional, courteous, and respectful.
