If you’re a working professional, freelancer, or business owner who just wants a reliable workspace to get your job done — please, for the love of God, do NOT book at this centre. I know exactly how you feel right now. You need a place to focus, you do your research, you pay good money in advance because you want things to run smoothly… and then you get completely screwed over. That’s exactly what happened to me, and I’m still furious about it. I needed 24/7 access — a hard requirement for my work. I visited multiple locations, picked this one as the best fit, and paid a substantial amount weeks upfront in good faith. What followed was a complete disaster: • No access pass. No key. Nothing prepared for my start date. • I called three separate times to sort out my setup and furniture needs — missed calls, voicemails left, messages marked “seen” — and got total silence. Not a single callback or helpful response. • Their lame excuse? “You didn’t reply to our automated emails.” Seriously? After I’d already paid a lot of money and was actively trying to reach them by phone? When I finally showed up, still nothing was ready. I had to call IWG/Regus, (That was the last time an actual human picked up the phone before they introduced their AI Aurora) which turned into a circus: a conversation over my phone speaker with the security guard while the reception team did absolutely nothing. This was my first interaction with management here. They called security on me because of their own failure to prepare the space. Even their general accounting manager admitted on the phone that he understood how broken the sales-to-service handover is (“I understand, I was in sales too”). Yet they still did nothing to fix it. The end result? Zero days. Zero hours. I haven’t used the space for even one minute. The 24/7 access I paid for became completely worthless. In their latest email they doubled down on the gaslighting: “Why didn’t you reply to the emails?”, “Your calls were outside office hours”, “We made every effort”, and “We don’t understand why you felt uncomfortable.” They offered a transfer and a pointless meeting to “clarify misunderstandings,” but refuse any termination or refund, hiding behind “the contract is binding.” This is the kind of corporate bullshit that makes you lose faith in businesses. They take your hard-earned money without hesitation, then provide zero real support, blame you when things inevitably go wrong, and show zero willingness to make it right. If you’re reading this and thinking about booking here, please listen to me: save yourself the stress, the wasted money, and the frustration. There are better places that actually deliver what they promise and treat paying customers like human beings instead of inconveniences. This is not just poor service. This is a complete absence of basic human kindness. When I stood there at reception — a paying client who had already given them a lot of money — I saw the cold, indifferent looks in their eyes. The antipathy was obvious, especially because I am not a native Dutch speaker. There was no empathy, no attempt to understand, no willingness to help. Just blank stares and quick escalation to security because dealing with a frustrated non-Dutch client was apparently too much trouble for them. Exact message i have received: “At the same time, I must be transparent that I am not able to offer anything beyond what I have proposed. The contract is binding, and I am therefore limited in what I can do regarding termination or refunds.” Listen to this! That lack of basic human decency is what hurt the most. No “sorry this happened”, no real effort to fix it, just deflection and corporate language that completely ignores how it feels to lose thousands of euros and get nothing in return. To every working person reading this: if you expect even a minimum of kindness and respect when something goes wrong, this is not the place for you. The coldness I saw in their eyes speaks volumes, they simply do not care once the payment is received. Never book here.
