The Department Store Studios ist ein wunderschön gestalteter, viergeschossiger Workspace im Herzen von Brixton – gebaut für das Viertel, nicht nur darin. Sichtbares Mauerwerk, recyceltes Holz und polierter Putz verleihen dem Gebäude eine Wärme, die man in klassischen Büros selten findet. Die energieeffiziente Bauweise sorgt dafür, dass deine Arbeit hier einen kleineren ökologischen Fußabdruck hinterlässt. Die Mitgliedschaft verbindet dich mit dem gesamten Department Store Ökosystem: einem Rooftop Members Club, einem Café, einem Screening Room und einem Restaurant – alles im selben Gebäude. Flexible Konditionen reichen vom pay-as-you-go Hot Desk bis zum All-inclusive Serviced Office. Ob du allein durchstartest oder ein Team aufbaust – niemand drängt dich zu mehr Verpflichtung als nötig. Der U-Bahnhof Brixton (Victoria Line) ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und bringt dich in 15 Minuten ins West End. Die Brixton Overground- und Thameslink-Verbindungen erschließen darüber hinaus weite Teile der Stadt – ganz ohne Umsteigen. Der Standort ist gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden: Der Bahnhof Brixton (Victoria Line) sowie Brixton Overground und Thameslink sind fußläufig erreichbar.

I've been hot desking at The Studios for nearly 2 years now and couldn't be happier. The management team are great, super helpful, professional and just nice people to meet and greet every day. The space itself is beautifully designed thanks to Squires Architects. The hot desking package is also great value as it's so reasonable and flexible so you don't have to make any big commitments up front. Internet speeds are super fast and I've met so many interesting people from all sorts of interesting industries. All in all 5 out of 5!
