Stunt belegt eine komplette Industrieetage an der Lange Straße 71, mitten in der Fußgängerzone mit Blick auf den Schlosspark: Sichtbeton, persische Teppiche, echte Pflanzen und jede Menge Startup-Energie — da verblasst das Homeoffice zur fernen Erinnerung. Mitglieder genießen 24/7-Zugang per Türcode, Kaffee (bio & fair trade), Tee und Wasser zur Flatrate sowie Telefonkabinen für ungestörte Calls und externe Monitore, wenn die Tabellenkalkulation mehr Bildschirm verlangt. Stunt befindet sich an der Lange Straße 71 im Herzen der Detmolder Altstadt — direkt in der Fußgängerzone mit Blick auf den Schlosspark, einer der schönsten Grünanlagen der Stadt. Das historische Altstadtviertel ringsum ist kompakt und bestens zu Fuß erschlossen: unabhängige Cafés, Bäckereien und Läden in alle Richtungen, immer nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Anreise ist unkompliziert: Die Bushaltestelle „Rosental" liegt rund 100 Meter entfernt, der Detmold Hauptbahnhof ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer mit dem Auto kommt, freut sich über das Parkdeck direkt über dem Gebäude — kein Kreisverkehr, kein Suchen. Den Eingang findet man am markanten blauen Türrahmen in der Seitengasse zur Lange Straße; einmal entdeckt, nicht mehr zu übersehen. Mitglieder mit 24/7-Zugang sind dabei völlig flexibel: Der persönliche Türcode macht jeden Zeitpunkt zum richtigen. Die nächste Haltestelle für Regionalverbindungen ist Oerl-Helpup, Hallenbad.
Der Space liegt in der Fußgängerzone Detmolds, Lange Str. 71. Den Eingang findet man an der markanten blauen Tür in der Seitengasse — sie wurde eigens installiert, damit Besucher den Zugang leicht finden. Direkt über dem Gebäude befindet sich ein Parkdeck. Die nächste Bushaltestelle („Rosental") ist ca. 100 m entfernt, der Detmold Hauptbahnhof ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mitglieder haben 24/7-Zugang per persönlichem Türcode. Tagesgäste können den Space zwischen 7:00 und 20:00 Uhr nutzen. Das Team ist montags bis freitags von 9:00 bis 17:00 Uhr vor Ort.

You could say it's a bit like Berlin in the tranquil town of Detmold, considering the concept behind the "Stunt" coworking space. What I particularly liked about the coworking space was that it brought that typical start-up vibe to our area. I find the decor, the many green plants, and the overall atmosphere to be a productivity and, potentially, creativity booster. In times of home office and mobile work, it's possible to meet up with former colleagues and spend a day together without having to see each other outside of work hours. The facilities are excellent. The Wi-Fi is crucial, and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Our chosen plan also included unlimited coffee, ensuring we stayed energized. For all the aspiring hipsters and developers out there, drinks from the Hamburg-based company (Fritz! Cola, etc.) are available at reasonable prices. A real luxury (though not to be expected at this price) would be a second monitor at each workstation and some more comfortable desk chairs. The owners, who also work there, are happy to chat and explain the history of this still very young company. It's clear that there's a strong desire to balance career, work, and family, and I think the concept is very promising. Whether you want to meet up with former colleagues to work together, get out of your home office for a while, or simply work in a relaxed atmosphere – the "Stunt" coworking space offers exactly that. Whether you opt for a day pass, access the free community area, or rent a semi-permanent office in one of the available spaces, this coworking space is definitely worth considering!
