The gates on the ground floor and first floor operate completely differently. Furthermore, one of the gates on the ground floor has been out of service for over a month, forcing crowds of people to pour through just two passages. "Smart" blinds open at the perfect moment to blind you. Not to mention the elevators...

Elevators and blinds (despite of user settings) work completely randomly. This is very frustrating for the people who work there.

The elevators run at will, without any logic, and sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes, even though one is on the ground floor. One of the "gates" at the entrance has been temporarily broken for three months.

The building is very close to the subway, so it's a great place to work. Unfortunately, the canteen is under renovation, and it's unclear how long it will last. Food trucks are being brought in. The lobby has been renovated, the reception is nice, and the management is knowledgeable and takes good care of the people working there.
