Excellent service provided by the center director, Barbara, who was very efficient. The offices were in excellent condition, comfortable and clean, and included parking. 100% recommended.

I've used the meeting rooms more than once because they're very comfortable, modern, and clean, and you can project your presentation as soon as you connect. Furthermore, the personalized and professional attention from their manager, Barbara, has made everything we needed easy. We will continue to use their meeting rooms.

I do not recommend HQ La Florida. We booked there, but we work from Velázquez 34. Even so, they started charging us for services we never requested: priority internet (which was terrible), unlimited coffee, etc. After a month of emails with the manager, Bárbara, they told us that these services "are activated by default" and that "if you don't notice, it's your problem." To make matters worse, the invoices are issued a month in advance and they don't correct them, even when they acknowledge the error. Only after much insistence did they remove the extras, but they never refunded our money or corrected the invoices. An opaque, aggressive, and completely transparent experience. Be very careful.
