Very bad experience Very bad experience – not recommended! I would definitely not recommend Regus to anyone looking for a serviced office. First of all, the prices are unreasonably high in relation to what you actually get. I rented a 13 m2 room and paid almost 11,000 SEK per month. In addition, the rent was increased every time I extended the contract. Despite the high rent, there are additional costs for almost everything. If you want to drink coffee, you have to pay an additional few hundred SEK per month. If you also want the company name on the small sign at the reception, it costs about 900 SEK extra per month. It feels like every small service is an opportunity to charge another fee. My experience got even worse when I was about to move out. I left the room in very good condition, thoroughly cleaned and in the same condition as when I got access. Despite this, I received an invoice for a whopping 7,300 SEK. According to Regus, the amount was to cover cleaning and resetting the access card. I find the cost completely unreasonable, especially considering that the premises were already clean and well-maintained when I left. What makes matters worse is that the reset fee was never mentioned when I first met with them and went through the process. They just handed me the contract and asked me to sign, without specifically drawing my attention to these terms and the additional costs that could arise upon vacating. I find it unacceptable that such fees are not clearly communicated from the start. The refund of the deposit was also a long and frustrating process. Despite paying the rent from my company bank account, they initially refused to refund the deposit because it was registered in my sole proprietorship and in my personal name. They demanded further proof that the company belonged to me. Despite the fact that I had been paying them rent from the same account for 36 months. It finally took a month and a half to get the deposit back, despite sending several emails and repeatedly trying to contact them. Communication and feedback was also very poor. In summary, my experience with Regus has been very negative. High costs, constant rent increases, unexpected extra fees, unreasonable moving costs and a lengthy process to get your own deposit back. I am very disappointed with both the service and customer service. For me, it is not just about the price, but also about transparency, respect for customers and a professional approach. Unfortunately, Regus did not live up to any of this. I would never choose Regus again and cannot recommend them further.

When you enter Regus you are always greeted by super nice and helpful staff at the reception. It is a place where everyone shows consideration for each other, it is a calm atmosphere and always pleasant.
