We rented a (virtual) office for our startup and even though we had to shut down the business, we had a great experience with Manfred that we were in direct contact with. He was fair and had understanding for us when we needed it. I honestly recommend this place!

Excellent quality / price for a simple desk. There is a cozy kitchen. Meeting rooms can be booked at no additional cost. The place is friendly and located in the middle of Mariahilferstrasse : very convenient, you cannot beat that. Also, sort of random and very important, people here are respectful with one another (after all, most of the desks are in a quasi open space) and it has to do with the professional behavior and friendly personality of the owner

Worked here for 3 months. Really excellent, clean, well decorated and with good office and desk sizes. There is a well stocked kitchen with a communal coffee machine. It's also very quite despite being off Mariahilfer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a desk space or a small private office.
