I've already gotten to know several Regus Centers - this one is by far the best. Why? Great infrastructure, good connections and especially the staff and service led by Ms. Willomitzer is excellent and highly professional. There is no service by the book here, but maximum customer orientation is the standard.

I can recommend Signature KölnTurm at any time without hesitation! Great rooms with good facilities, good accessibility with parking, uncomplicated booking and friendly and competent staff - Ms. Willomitzer in particular is always available to answer any questions and helps/supports where she can! The highlight is of course the view over Cologne - a very pleasant place to work!

Unfortunately I have to give one star. At the first appointment in the Spaces building in downtown Cologne, I was there with a team of three people and had a good inspection. I was then recommended the Cologne Tower because it has been renovated and there is enough parking space. The sales employee didn't come to the appointment in the Cologne Tower. Much worse, I then received a mobile phone call, which is what I wanted? All of my needs and also my contact details had already been exchanged a few days before during the Spaces tour. But the sales employee had forgotten everything, didn't take any notes and even obscured the contact details. I then had a viewing with the receptionist, who was extremely polite and friendly. But: the demeanor, the seriousness and also the appreciation towards new potential companies and tenants are unacceptable. I was basically eaten off as a supplicant. It's unacceptable if you want to rent several offices and then hear on the phone that I don't work for my own company and then decide not to come to the appointment. Regus really wasted my valuable time. Nobody called me before. Simply inadequate.  The provider Regus is now done for me. I'll go to Design Offices right across the street. Here we know how a professional appearance works. I wish Regus all the best and I think things can get a lot better! Best regards Alex

Super Seminarort

The location of the Cologne Tower is of course absolutely top. The building and the surrounding area are definitely something special. The employee on site was also very nice and accommodating. Gladly again.
