Regus Nürnberg ZeltnerEck Coworking Space

The rooms are large and well-kept, the staff is very nice and very helpful. Even when I had problems with Regus' accounting, they were at my side and tried to solve the problem! Special thanks to Mr. Beqiri and rest of the team!

We stayed at the Regus ZeltnerEck for two years. The location, just one subway stop from the main train station, is perfect. Variable room sizes allow for adapting to business needs. The center's amenities are state-of-the-art. Common areas are mostly well-maintained and perfect for daily use. The center team is friendly and accommodating, but in many respects, they are bound by the group's guidelines. After terminating the lease due to a relocation, things became a bit tricky. We had to follow up several times to get the deposit refunded. It is recommended to document all transactions with screenshots and in writing.

Overall, everything was fine. Spent an hour on the second day using Wi-Fi, which could be improved. BUT: The room was paid for by credit card, or rather, Regus authorized the credit card to charge the costs. Regus seems unable to do this and is sending reminders, threatening to contact Schufa, lawyers, debt collection... Dear Regus team, if you don't have your processes under control, you should refrain from sending emails like this... Overall experience was poor, and we lost one customer.

Easy to get there with the subway. Nice folks. Clean office.

Above-average service quality compared to other office concept providers. They took plenty of time for the office tour and all other aspects of the project. Pleasant atmosphere in an upscale business center. I'll definitely stop by next time I'm in Nuremberg.
