## About

ZI8 Coworking und Event Space in Vienna's 9th district is unlike any coworking you've worked from before. Housed in a century-old former workshop on Zimmermanngasse 8, the space keeps its original brick vaults and concrete floors intact — an industrial-retro character that was designed and self-renovated by the founders themselves. That hands-on, personal touch shows in everything: from the warm welcome at the door to the international community of developers, designers, filmmakers, and architects who call ZI8 home. The 200 m² across ground and lower-ground floors stays impressively quiet — reviewers consistently mention how easy it is to concentrate here, even in summer when the cellar stays naturally cool. When your team needs to gather, the 110 m² event space fits up to 45 people and is bookable by the hour, complete with underfloor heating. Regular social events keep the community genuinely connected — this is coworking built around people, not just desks.
