YURP Coworking Space is a shared office in the former Baumgartner Grand Bio-Theater, a cinema that ran from 1911 to 1966, at Hütteldorfer Straße 253a in Penzing, Vienna's 14th district. For more than ten years, entrepreneurs from many fields have shared the old auditorium as an open-plan office for start-ups, small businesses and sole traders. You work at creative desk islands in the high cinema hall, meet in the meeting room in the former projection room or up on the historic wooden balconies, and take breaks in the shared kitchen with a Jura coffee machine, the dining room or the small front garden. The price is a flat monthly rent: a fixed desk costs €235 a month excluding VAT and includes desk, office chair, shelf, internet, cleaning, kitchen, meeting room, heating and electricity. For colleagues who don't need their own desk you can add a floater seat for €95, and your space can grow as your company grows. Tenants have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
