## About

YOUNG Workspaces Kerkstraat is a coworking and private-office space at Kerkstraat 204 in the canal belt of central Amsterdam, part of YOUNG Workspaces, which also runs houses in The Hague, Rijswijk and Valencia. The space blends traditional Dutch design with contemporary interiors: large windows bring in plenty of daylight, a glass-roofed atrium with a chandelier serves as a shared work and lunch area, and there is a stylish lounge, barista-quality coffee and a green courtyard for working outside or taking a break. It suits entrepreneurs, freelancers and growing startups. You can choose a flex desk with access to the shared zones, coffee and tea and 1 Gbps dedicated internet; a fixed desk with phone booth or meeting room access subject to availability; fully furnished private offices of 23 to 40 sqm that can be combined, with 24/7 access and a quiet, private environment; a state-of-the-art meeting room for up to 8 people by the hour, half day or day; or a virtual office with a registered business address and mail handling. The building has air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped kitchen, secure bike parking, cleaning and regular community events. Prices are given on request.
