The site was first home to the New London Brewery Co., and from 1927 to 1967 it was Marmite's south London factory. Workspace lets unfurnished offices and studios here for teams of 2 to 300 people: you take an empty unit, fit it out and brand it to suit your business, on a flexible agreement, with prices on request.
