The Old Dairy is a 1960s commercial building at Stapleton House, 110-122 Clifton Street in Shoreditch, EC2, revamped by Workspace® with an industrial edge, contemporary details and hand-painted signage. Workspace rents its big, bright offices unfurnished, so you fit out and brand the space yourself, on flexible agreements: spaces for teams of up to 10 or up to 20 people and larger units for growing businesses, with prices on request. The entrance areas were designed by the interiors studio Trifle, with rattan seating and a retro feel, and outside there is a sunny courtyard with red curved benches and outdoor tables, a generous amount of shared outdoor space for central London. Black Sheep Coffee serves coffee and drinks in the courtyard throughout the day, and tenants can also use The Gallery café at The Frames, Workspace's neighbouring building. The building has 24-hour access; Workspace does not list bookable meeting rooms here. Shoreditch High Street Overground station is a few minutes' walk away, and Old Street and Liverpool Street are both 8 minutes on foot.
