The Grade II listed Victorian building started life in the 19th century as The London Leather, Hide and Wool Exchange, and carved roundels on its facade still show scenes from the tanning trade. Workspace lets unfurnished private offices and studios here that your business fits out and brands itself, on flexible agreements, for teams from 2 to around 300 people; prices are on request. Next door, the Taper Studios wing adds units with mezzanines. The ground-floor communal area with its staffed reception was recently refreshed with phone booths, lounges and quiet nooks, and outside there is a cobbled courtyard with new pergolas. There is an on-site café, and The Leather Exchange pub sits inside the building. Six meeting rooms seat 6 to 18 people.
