The Frames is a Workspace® building at 1 Phipp Street in Shoreditch, east London: an industrial-style brick block with large black crittal windows and floor-to-ceiling glazing. As you come in, an interior mural and original works by the Bristol street artist Mr Jago set the tone, while the offices and meeting rooms themselves are kept minimal, with plenty of green planting. Workspace rents unfurnished offices and studios here on flexible agreements, for teams of up to 10, up to 20 and larger, which you fit out and brand yourself; prices are on request. Gallery at The Frames, the on-site café, and colourful communal seating give you places to meet away from your desk. There are four bookable meeting rooms for 8 to 17 people, one of them on a mezzanine framed by full-height glazing, plus showers, 24-hour access and 24-hour security with CCTV, and Workspace lists the building as DDA compliant. Tenants can join Workspace's social and wellbeing events. Old Street and Liverpool Street are each an 8-minute walk.
