## About

Portsoken House is an Art Deco building at 155-157 Minories in Aldgate, EC3, right next to Aldgate Underground station, run by Workspace®. Its historic facade has been kept and the interior refurbished with parquet floors, exposed brick, Crittall windows, industrial lighting and shaker-style communal kitchens, behind an entrance lobby with porcelain floor tiles and LED light boxes. Workspace rents the bright offices and studios unfurnished, so you fit out and brand the space yourself, on flexible agreements: spaces for teams of up to 10 or up to 20 people and larger units, with prices on request. Lounge areas with mid-century style sofas and armchairs give you somewhere to meet away from your desk, and the Val Myer meeting room seats up to 10 for presentations and video calls. Facilities include 24-hour access, a staffed reception, phone booths, showers, an underground bicycle store, a passenger lift and a goods lift. There is no café in the building, but the City, Spitalfields and Brick Lane are all within walking distance, and Liverpool Street station is 9 minutes away on foot.
