Pall Mall Deposit is a Workspace® building on Barlby Road in Ladbroke Grove, at the northern end of Notting Hill. Architect W. G. Hunt designed it in 1901 as a furniture depository for the Pall Mall Deposit & Forwarding Company, and the façade still carries its original signage. A renovation has kept the exposed brick and period details while creating warehouse-style offices, studios and a large communal area with whitewashed brick, planting, leather booths and deep sofas. Workspace rents these spaces unfurnished on flexible agreements, for teams of up to 10, up to 20 and larger, ready for you to fit out and brand; prices are on request. Pall Mall Kitchen, the on-site café, serves breakfast, lunch and coffee.
