Ink Rooms is a Workspace® building at 25-37 Easton Street in Clerkenwell, central London, set in a former printing ink factory next to Exmouth Market. The conversion keeps the original exposed brickwork and adds parquet floors, emerald and white tiling and black-framed windows, while full-length glazing and high ceilings let in plenty of light, and the building offers access to private terraces with views across London. The colourful entrance area has deep red curved sofas and power points for informal meetings. Workspace lets private offices and studios here for teams of up to 10, up to 20 and larger, on flexible agreements. They come unfurnished so you can personalise them, from redecorating to adding a tea point, with free space planning, or Workspace can provide furniture so you can move in from day one; prices are on request. A six-person meeting room can be booked by the hour. The building has 24-hour access, CCTV, showers and cycle racks, and Workspace lists it as DDA compliant; there is no café on site. Farringdon station is about 11 minutes' walk away and Angel about 12.
