## About

Grand Union Studios is a purpose-built Workspace® office building at 332 Ladbroke Grove, W10, beside the Grand Union Canal on the border between Notting Hill and Kensal Green. It combines larger offices with smaller studios, all with floor-to-ceiling windows, and terraces look out over the West London skyline. Workspace lets these as unfurnished spaces that your business fits out and brands itself, on flexible agreements; prices are on request. Visitors arrive in a large communal space under the atrium's bespoke glass chandelier, and there are breakout areas on every floor with wooden benches and plenty of power points, plus an outdoor garden with seating. The Pichi Cafe serves hot drinks, juices, breakfast and lunch. Three meeting rooms seat 14 to 18 people, two of them with terrace access. Showers, cycle racks, parking and 24-hour access complete the building. Ladbroke Grove station is about a 12-minute walk away, and a bus stop is right outside.
