The former carburettor factory has been renovated into a base for small businesses, with glossy black tiled walls, concrete floors and neon signage. Workspace lets unfurnished private offices and studios here that your business fits out and brands itself, on flexible agreements; prices are on request. Right by the entrance is a roomy, dog-friendly communal area with plants, tables and navy sofas, alongside the building's own café, Gaff, which serves coffee, sandwiches, sausage rolls, bowls, pie and mash and pastries, plus beer and wine in the evening. The Engine meeting room seats up to 8 people. Showers, 24-hour access and recycling facilities are on site, and the building is listed as DDA compliant.
