Workspace® China Works occupies the former Royal Doulton headquarters on Black Prince Road in Vauxhall — a Grade II listed Victorian building whose Gothic terracotta façade, complete with dragon gargoyles and carved heads, faces the River Thames. The building later served as a training centre where London's black-cab drivers studied The Knowledge, and that layered history is part of the address. Inside, Workspace® has refurbished the space with parquet floors, exposed brick, and green tiling, preserving abundant natural light across mostly private, unfurnished offices that small teams and startups can fit out and brand as their own. Four ground-floor meeting rooms accommodate 8–12 people, each with natural light. Fine & Bone café on site serves coffee, breakfast, and lunch alongside lounge and high-table areas for informal sessions.
