## About

Working Milano occupies a glass-roofed steel-framed loft of 1,500 m² set inside a traditional Milanese courtyard on Via Giovanni Paisiello 3. Ground floor and mezzanine are filled with natural light through the transparent roof and floor-to-ceiling glass walls, making the library-quiet atmosphere a practical draw for freelancers, remote workers, and small teams who need sustained focus. Three desk plans cover different commitment levels: a Flex desk at €30 per day plus VAT, a Smart dedicated desk (80×140 cm) with personal locker from €330 per month plus VAT, and a Business dedicated desk (80×180 cm) with cabinet and drawer unit at €440 per month plus VAT. Four meeting and event rooms seat 4 to 50 people, starting at €30 per hour plus VAT. Every plan includes an ergonomic chair, high-speed Wi-Fi, call box, reception staffed 9:00–19:00, cleaning, and utilities. Underground car and motorbike boxes — accessed via a car lift — are available to rent on site.
