Work in Marquês (WIN) is a small, family-run office centre on the first floor of Avenida António Augusto de Aguiar 24, a few minutes from Marquês de Pombal. It specialises in compact private offices of up to 30 m², and no two are alike: rooms look onto the avenue or onto the shared terrace, and some have a balcony, a private WC or their own door to the terrace. The offices get plenty of daylight. Published prices are €640 a month for a 15 m² office for 1–4 people and €730 for an 18 m² office for 1–5 people, both plus VAT. Electricity, cable or Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, daily cleaning, 24/7 access, the meeting room, a coffee machine, filtered water, the terrace and an equipped kitchenette are included; furniture, a morning fruit basket and a custom fit-out are optional. Contracts run from one to twelve months, and you can move to a larger or smaller room mid-contract. The six-person meeting room costs €20 an hour plus VAT, and a virtual office with a Lisbon business address and mail handling costs €34 a month plus VAT. Many tenants stay for years.
