Wolff & Müller Coworking is the flexible workspace inside the WOLFF & MÜLLER campus in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen, the headquarters of the family-owned construction group, which finished rebuilding it in January 2021. Companies, teams and freelancers from outside the group can rent a fix desk in the open coworking area, a closed private office for one or two people or for up to four, or an office suite for five to twelve people. You rent by the day, the week or the month without a long-term contract, and you can start three working days after booking. Workstations come with high-speed Wi-Fi, monitors and a docking station, and the modernised offices are available furnished or unfurnished. Meeting and training rooms for four or eight people can be booked subject to availability, and the kitchens with coffee, tea and water, the lounge areas, cleaning and barrier-free access are included. The space follows campus hours, Monday to Thursday 7:00–19:00 and Friday 7:00–16:30. There is no public price list: the cost depends on the workspace type and rental period, and the campus management quotes on request.
