Wellio Paris Saint-Lazare occupies 5,500 square metres inside L'Atelier at 10 rue de Madrid in Paris 8e, Covivio's European headquarters opened in 2024 in a former telephone exchange built from two buildings dating from 1910 and 1930. Maison Sarah Lavoine co-designed the interiors around the theme of builders, mixing raw materials and natural textiles. The house offers two project floors of 20 and 26 workstations, quoted on request, and twelve meeting rooms that can be booked, from small meeting pods for four to six people to a boardroom for up to 28. Event spaces include La Fabrique for up to 64 people, La Manufacture for up to 22 and a Skybar for up to 45, and there is a planted rooftop.
