Designed with Cristofori Santi Architetti, its interiors draw on Milan's art movements, from kinetic art to Novecento. The building holds 390 workstations in private offices and open-plan suites, from €795 per workstation a month plus VAT, plus coworking on two plans: Formula Resident, a dedicated desk all year round, and Formula Club Pro-worker, with access during working hours. Four meeting rooms can be booked online or on quote, and a hidden garden, rooftop and bar host events for up to 90 people. Shared areas include a patio, lobby, lounge bar, rooftop, kitchen, play room and quiet alcoves. Concierge and reception with mail handling, a dedicated Wellio manager and a secure IT network with on-site support are included. Clients have access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and can use Wellio's other sites in Milan and France.
