It is run by Wellio, the flexible-workspace brand of the real estate group Covivio, in a fully renovated 5,000 m² historic building whose interiors, designed with DWA Design Studio, play on green copper, red brick and pale stone. The building offers up to 500 workstations from €650 per workstation a month plus VAT, as turnkey private offices or Suite Offices that combine an open space, a director's office and a private meeting room. Three meeting rooms are available on quote. A 500 m² green rooftop with views of the Duomo, the Galleria and the Torre Velasca hosts events for up to 135 people, and the bar and terrace take up to 40. Concierge and reception with mail handling, a dedicated Wellio manager and a secure IT network with on-site support are included. Clients have access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
