Well@Work is a relaxed flexible-working office at Rijnstraat 170 in Amsterdam's Rivierenbuurt, where you can work, meet, train and coach without an office of your own. It has 20 ergonomic flex desks with height-adjustable desks, office chairs, a monitor, keyboard, mouse, desk lamp and drawer unit, so you just plug in your laptop, plus fast WiFi, professional A3/A4 printers, good coffee, tea and soup, daylight LED lighting, a modern ventilation system and air conditioning. There is a separate room for phone calls, a large meeting room for 12–14 people at the table, an upstairs meeting room, a quiet coaching room for up to 5 and long tables for informal meetings and workshops. Flexible working really is flexible here: no registration fee or notice period, you pay for what you use. A flex desk costs €30 a day or €22 a half day, a 10-day pass €180, a week €115 and a monthly desk from €85 (one day a week) to €290 (five days a week); meeting rooms start at €20 an hour, all excl. VAT. A business address with mailbox is available, and the space is open Monday to Friday 9:00–17:30, with evening and early-morning use by arrangement.

### How much does a flex desk at Well@Work cost?

A flex desk costs €30 a day or €22 a half day, a 10-day pass €180 and a week €115. Monthly contracts run from €85 for one day a week to €290 for five days a week. All prices are excl. VAT, with no registration fee or notice period.

### What is included?

Each desk has a height-adjustable desk, office chair, monitor, keyboard, mouse, lamp and drawer unit, and fast WiFi, A3/A4 printers, coffee, tea and soup are included.

### Can I rent a meeting or coaching room?

Yes. The large meeting room for 12–14 people costs €35 an hour, €100 a half day or €175 a day, and the coaching room for up to 5 costs €20 an hour, €75 a half day or €110 a day, excl. VAT.

### When is Well@Work open?

Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30. By arrangement you can also work in the evening until 23:00 or from 6:00 in the morning, and weekend workshops are possible.

### Can I register my business here?

Yes. A business address with mailbox and occasional use of a flex desk is available on a yearly basis; companies that also want a regular desk get a custom arrangement.
