Designed by Madrid in Love around a 'home office' idea, the floors are split into work 'apartments' where different company communities sit side by side, with shared lounges, meeting and training rooms, phone booths, an auditorium, English patios and a large garden terrace where you can rest or work. Products range from the Working Pass, a hot desk in defined zones with 24/7 access for €259 a month, to fully equipped private offices from €420 per person, office suites with their own meeting rooms, and half or full floors (HQ Flex) customised to your brand; contracts run from one week. Parking, bike parking, lockers, printing, IT support and secure racks are available as paid extras, and purified water and ergonomic furniture made in Spain come as standard.
