It covers 3,053 m² over three floors with private offices, Office Suites, meeting rooms and event areas, from one person up to whole floors, with a private rooftop terrace for Utopicus members and interiors by Proyecto Singular inspired by London and New York social clubs. Private offices cost from €450 per person a month and include ergonomic furniture, meeting-room hours, business address, mail and parcel reception, 24/7 access and video surveillance, utilities and climate control, cleaning, coffee points and the Utopicus Passport for other Utopicus spaces; Office Suites and HQ Flex half or full floors are quoted on request. Every desk has natural light, and Utopicus calls it its first Net Zero flexible space. Members share the complex's restaurants on La Plaza, a gym, physiotherapy, landscaped rooftops, a 270-seat auditorium, parking, bike parking and showers.
