Utopicus Avenida Diagonal is a private-office-only flexible workspace from Utopicus, part of the Colonial group, on the second and third floors of a building owned by Colonial SFL. The 2,600 m² space has no hot desks, Working Pass or shared workstations: it is reserved for resident companies that want a premium, representative office, and only they use its services – exterior offices with natural light, 234 workstations, meeting rooms, event spaces, video-call booths, a canteen and a large terrace for exclusive use. Architects and interior designers Ellen Rapelius and Mónica Torner took Avinguda Diagonal itself as the common thread, from its noble buildings and parks to its cultural history, and it shows in the materials, the planted terrace and the meeting rooms. The renovation earned BREEAM Very Good and BREEAM Excellent certifications, with high-efficiency climate control, sensor-controlled lighting, purified-water fountains and ergonomic furniture made in Spain. Fully equipped private offices with all services included start at €500 per person, office suites with their own meeting rooms or offices inside are quoted on request, and contracts run by the week, month or year. Meeting rooms for 6 to 12 people cost from €25 an hour (Basic) or €50 (Premium), and parking, IT support, catering and office customisation are available on a pay-per-use basis.
