A desk costs €350 a month on a 3–6-month contract (deposit one month's rent) or €300 a month from six months (deposit two months' rent, 30 days' notice to the end of a month), both excluding VAT and with no commission. The price includes 24/7 access, operating costs, Wi-Fi, printer and copier (fair use), coffee and tea and weekly cleaning.
