The house is made for teams: fully furnished private offices share a lounge with sofas, armchairs and a hanging chair, a kitchen with a long wooden dining table, meeting rooms and phone booths. Private offices start at €320 per person a month with cleaning, electricity, water and symmetrical 1 Gbps internet included; contracts run from one month to two years or more, and tenants get 24/7 access by smartphone. Meeting rooms for up to four people cost €20 an hour, for up to six €30–40 and for up to ten €50, also for guests, and a virtual office with business address and mail scanning costs from €300 per semester. All prices exclude VAT. Community baristas serve freshly roasted coffee, tea and fresh fruit, pets are welcome, and members meet at monthly themed events.
